Trunk lip spoiler problems

Okay, so I was being picky, and my lip spoiler was starting to come undone on the right side. So the plan was to remove it, clean and prep, and re apply double sided tape. Here come the issue: I removed the trunk liner to access the two bolts, and removed the nuts. The one on the right completely separated from the lip, so I applied gorilla glue and let set. The left bolt, even though the inside completely removed(nut), will NOT budge. I don't want to tug on it and break the lip, or put a crease in it, but I removed all of the tape I could get to, to see if it budged, and nothing. Even put a few new scrapes in the paint. So anyone that could somehow point me in the right direction..... And save me from this headache. I don't want to just pile new tape over the old tape. Thanks again readers

The nut came off, but the bolt is stuck... Even tapped it with a hammer lightly and nothing. So the lip won't budge and now I'm screwed in making this job pretty.
