Troubleshooting sensors

can anyone tell me what are the following: af sensor 21 stuck lean, ratio vacuum leak, failed AF sensor, incorrect voltage... and can these things be done by self or dealer... in desperate need, this is for a 04 TL.

sensors part two

i went to autozone and they gave me two slips of paper that said troubleshooting p2138 andthe other said p2197 i hope some one can help me

P2138 is APP sensor. P2197 is O2 sensor stuck lean, but it may just be an artifact of the car going into limp mode. Fix the APP sensor first, then clear the codes and see if you get another MIL.

You can replace the APP sensor yourself. Very easy. Cost is about $130. Here's one link, but do a forum search for "P2138" and/or "APP sensor". Someone has posted a DIY for APP sensor replacement:
