Trouble taking control arm off

Attempting to take my lower arm off but I'm stuck here how can I get this off I already took the bottom screw off I guess it's rusted on there good whatre my options? In photo 2 it's bottom left

no, that's not right, that's to remove the ball joint,, have you tried jacking up the knuckle rotor while using a pry bar to pry the arm down?

The fork tool on the right (listed under summit) will separate it, but usually ruins the boot/seal around the joint. If the seal is damaged, I would replace the joint

Yeah I'd like to go ahead and change that part out as well while I'm at it what piece is that and hopefully my dad has somthing similar to that metal wrench so I can pop it out

The other part you are referring to is your lower ball joint. And here is a redneck engineering trick for separating the lower control arm from the ball joint.

I think part of the problem is that the control arm is resting on the tire like a make shift jack stand? You have to take weight off of the control arm.
