Trouble shifting into 1st

First, I want to thank you guys for the great info I've found on this board since I've owned my '05 TL.

I replaced my clutch, flywheel, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing about 5,000 miles ago. Over the last month or so, I've noticed a slight "clunk" as I'm coming out of one gear before I get ready to go into the next. Over the last week, I've started having problems getting the trans to shift into 1st and the problem seems to be getting worse. Considering I just changed the pilot bearing 5,000 miles ago, I'm hoping I don't already have a bearing going bad. I'm wondering if maybe the slave or master are starting to go bad and not fully disengaging the clutch. What are your thoughts?

The "clunk" isn't so much the problem as it is a symptom. The main problem is the trans not going into first very easily especially in the mornings or any time I haven't driven the car for a while. It's like the gears are still moving or something.

Did I post my question in the wrong section, or has nobody ever run into this problem?
