Transmisson issues????

I have a 2004 70,000 miles automatic.. I have noticed this has been an issue for months now.. but not really sure whats causing this.. If i just normally accelarate ..... when my speed reaches about 38 mph is hesitates ever so slightly.. as it shifting ( from 3rd gear to 4th ).. If i accelerate at a more rapid pace i dont believe this issue occurs.. Is something up with my ttansmission?? or what?? anyone else have this issue??

I'd change the 3rd and 4th gear switches and do a 3x3 drain and refill. That should do it.

The 3rd to 4th hesitation at moderate speed is common in that trans. Happens in some Accords too.

I'd still look at changing the pressure switches and doing a full 3x3 drain and refill on the ATF.
