So ever since I got my TL, theres been a whine from the transmission when accelerating, pitch changes with speed, not rpm. Also goes away when you coast. I changed trans fluid, which didn't help the noise but made the transmission shift a lot smoother. This seems to be super common on these cars but I cant really find the reason why. Hoping it doesn't mean a trans failure is on its way. Anyone know why?

 

I've also had this whine / buzzing noise from my tranny. No issues for the past 50k miles. I think this is normal as I've seen it being mentioned here in the forums.
