Unhappy Transmission wear after 3rd to 2nd downshifting?

Hi all, upon buying my '06 base TL last year @123k and finding awesome information on brisdance.com I read up on the 5AT's weaknesses and what i could do to prolong the life of my rebuilt transmission, I replaced the 3rd & 4th gear pressure switches and did a 3x3 fluid change with Redline D4 fluid which made a big difference in shift feel. Ever since then I've been trying to minimize the amount of wear on the 3rd gear clutch pack by using the sport shift mode to hold gears longer and reduce the TCM changing gears constantly. However where i went wrong is I am used to driving a manual car and downshifting coming to a stop.. I have been using sport shift to downshift from 3rd to 2nd gear at ~20mph and then coming to a stop with the logic that if the 3rd gear clutch pack is worn out by being shifted through for example a 4-3-2 forced downshift isn't the 2nd gear clutch pack being worn every single time you come to a stop in 3rd and the transmission shuffles through to first? My question is have I caused any substantial wear on my transmission? Should i change the fluid just for the peace of mind or am I overthinking it? Thanks!

No damage more than a half a year later to report I do know come to a stop in 3rd in Sport Shift. The downshift from 3rd to 1st is so smooth even with my D4 fluid.
