05 A/T TL no transmission issues previously. Timing belt water pump replace 100k miles. Currently at 121milea and while going 80 on th highway I felt the Tammy stop catching. Didn't drive the car anymore that day. Next day woke up and drove the car very slowly and it was skipping gears and it catching the gears fully. Didn't go over 15 mph. Any suggestions before someone says yes replace it!?

 

Check trans fluid and filter.
