I've tried the dealer pens and bottles they suck! I got my touch-up paint from these guys
http://www.paintscratch.com/apple.html
Alot better and the match is nearly perfect.
Wdp is a 3 stage paint and you can get all three base, pearl, and clear. I highly recommend this over the pens. You can use tiny model paint brushes to apply each layer. I used it and can hardly tell where the rock chips are.

Whatever you do don't buy the touch-up pen from Acura. It works great for ONE use - after that, the tip seems to dry out or something and the paint just won't flow smoothly - leading to a big blob in exactly the wrong spot.

Ive used the dealer pen and brush. Doesn't matter the paint sucks. The stuff I got from
That site is 100x's better. That's at least for WDP

Anyone notice that the paint on the 08 TL-S chips really easily? I bought my KBP 2 weeks ago and did a claybar/wash/wax the second I brought her home and there were barely any rock chips. After driving it for two weeks, I find chips everywhere along the hood. And I don't tailgate or anything so I'm wondering about the quality of the manufacturer's paint job. I've checked the car thoroughly and it hasn't been in an accident or anything.
I'm gonna purchase the touch-up paint to fix everything this week, and after that, I'm planning on putting the 3M clear cover on. Any input on doing all this would be great.

Yes I do. But did you know it's a piece of shit brush and applies way to much of that crappy touch up dealer paint? That's fine If you have huge chunks of paint missing.

the paint on the 2nd gen cars chips just as easily too.
when you get your paint practice a little with it first so you get used to how the pen and brush work

I've put 150K miles on my clear bra and I recommend it highly. I average 100 miles a day, on rural roads, including one stretch of gravel road, rural and urban interstates, and city streets, and I can't say enough good about 3M urethane. It's not indestructible, but it's close.
My vote is for Paintscratch, but their pens are no good either. Order by the bottle, and use tiny modeling brushes, as jptl suggests. Build up a blob, take it back down with 1500 or 2000 grit wet-or-dry sandpaper (wet), followed by car polish and and elbow grease and you can almost achieve an invisible repair.
