Okay, I took out my back seat, but just the bottom half of it where you actually sit on, not the back rest. Can anybody help me get it back in?

what's the problem?
it's held in place by two clips (front-bottom) and one bolt (passanger side right between the seat and the back)

clips shouldn't cause any troubles
the bolt however was hard to put in
but not impossible
just try to align all the holes and use a socket wrench with a long extention to put the bolt in

That bolt is the biggest pain in the ass to get back into place. You really just have to play with it as there really isn't a trick.

Here's a scan for the seat removal showing the bolt (A) that holds the seat bottom in.

G'luck with Bolt A (in that diagram). It's the hardest thing in the world to put on, but having taken my rear seat off ~4-5 times, I think I figured it out (mostly).
