TL-S Questions or Problems

I have a 2007 Type S that I am still getting to know.
I have some questions and I am curious if others have any or all of these quirks so I know if there is something wrong?

1. On the first decelerate in the morning i sometimes feel like my brakes do a little abs action. This is a gentle brake and it happens only once in the morning never the afternoon etc?

2. I have an auto and it if i put it in manual mode i do not see rev matching etc on down shifts is this correct, it seems like any auto when you down shift.

3. Last one my auto does not engage 5th gear until I am about 45~ mph. If i put it in manual mode it will allow me to shift to 5th at 40 but will down shift once i decelerate below 40. If allowed to select itself it seems loath to shift. Is this adjustable somehow? Is there a hidden economy mode or something? does everyones act the same as mine?

Thanks in advance

I can tell you at least for the 3rd question.

When the car is on auto it will shift at certain minimum revs and MPH. Because remember you have a TYPE-S and that car the computer is made to shift at high rev so if you hit the gas full throttle the car reacts how you expect him too. I drive always in sport and to economize fuel I shift as soon as the car lets me. Which I start on 2nd and when im at 20 mph i am already on 4th gear. as soon as i hit 40mph 5th gear.
