Yeah lol a lot of people come on here asking for advice. Then when the advice is given, they're not willing to swallow their pride and say, "IT CAN'T BE THAT DUDE, THROUGH MY 10 YRS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE, IT CAN'T BE OIL LEVEL OR SPARK PLUGS. I CAN HEAR WHEN I'M ABOUT TO HIT REV LIMITER BY SOUND."

HEED. THE. ADVICE.

Or don't even ask for help.

This seemed to be a knock sensor issue indeed; if the TLs have any? Low oil will trigger the sensor to protect the engine.

I learned that the hard way.

And cu2wagon, the internet's barely 25 years old.

25 years? Well I guess that's one opinion on the matter.

I started e-thugging on ARPANET and used to harass Bob Kahn pretty mercilessly with anonymous IP pings and nonsense messages. I'd be like, "hey Bob, do you know if Vint's refrigerator is running? This is Mike Hunt." or "Bob Kahn, this is your mom and you are not my baby." One time I pinged him and said "Bob Kahn, this is you as a old man, I am ugly and dead, alone."

It was hilarious.

a knock sensor is NOT a low oil sensor, ya dolt.

and NO, if you starve the engine of oil, it wont protect it self.

It's people like you that give good cops a bad rep. Show some respect for the badge

I'm here to listen now, if nobody gives smart ass remarks, I will listen.

I cleaned the throttle today, and I checked the oil , it's good. It ran better in 2nd gear, but I need to open it again.

To those you have helped me, thanks. To the others watch your 6.

Ooh, careful... you might make the "6 list". You'd better watch yours, what you said wasn't very helpful; you don't even know OP.
