I have a question I change the thermostat to my car and when I leave it on the fans do not work and when I turn on the air if when I do not put the air the car heats up

Seems like you struggle a bit with English, as we are struggling to understand what is happening.
Abandon the whole sentences, write in "-"
like what I understood is:
- you changed thermostat
- fans don't turn ON if climate control is ON
- if climate control is ON engine is overheating? or does fan come ON? not clear
- you changed fan relay, now fans are ON when climate control is ON
- if climate is OFF fans never turn ON
correct? Why change thermostat?
