Tighten Fuel Cap !! PLEASE HELP

So the fact is..

I have an 2006 Acura TL, NAVI.. i did the navi hack thing.. but i dont think the problem its linked to that.... i was driving to my work.. like 20/35 MPH and suddenly the "Tighten Fuel Cap" shows.. i open the fuel door, and tight the fuel cap and the message is still there... the question is. in DR (dominican republic) we dont have ACURA Dealers.. we have HONDA dealers.. but they dont bring acura.. i dont know why because toyota does .. the thing is ..
Where can i buy this parts?

Which are the parts that i have to buy?

I have already looked the Fuel Cap ok i can buy that by ebay.. but the other things? Please help me with that.. i know that is a common problem in TL's 3G but i HATE that message everytime i start the car..

WHOA!
Take it easy buddy, don't rule out the fuel cap just yet.
Let the computer cycle a few times, and make sure you tightened the fuel cap with the car off,or at least turn it off and on again and see if it comes back on.
Everytime you turn your car on ,it runs a test. and if the problem is still there after the 2nd cycle, it will be a permanent MIL(malfunction indicator light).
Any check engine light?

Also,EVAP problems are not all too common on 3G TL's, they are however very common in 2G TL's and MDXs
