Tighten Fuel Cap

Disclaimer: Very New to all this
I just got my first car and it's an 08 TL base with 110k miles and I couldn't be a happier man. One problem I have encountered though is that about a week after getting it I went to fill up at the gas station and when I left an error message came on saying "Tighten Fuel Cap". I pulled over and even though the cap was tight I loosened it and tightened it again. The light remained off and then went away after I continued driving for about a week until the next time I filled up. The message went away after driving for a while again. Is this something I should expect to encounter every time I go to the gas station? I'm worried that the light might stay on permanently and it's very annoying. Any one have any advice on how to deal with this?

Is this issue covered by Acura at all or should I not waste my time and just buy the part?
