Third brake light rattlle

Whats up everyone,

I recently installed a sub and new speakers in my '04 TL and fatmatted the rear deck to eliminate rattles. The only problem is that I now am getting a rattle from my 3rd brake light. I searched and found that a new rubber gasket around the light may work. Is there anything else that could work possibly, such as clear/black silicone?

Suggestions anyone??? Thanks for the help

I ignore it is it loud?

I actually replaced the white clips that hold it up and it silenced it a bit. but when I applied pressure to the two spots where the clips are it silenced so its just ever so slightly loose. So when I have bass
or loud music you can kind of hear it.

get some thin felt with an adhesive back and see if it will quiet it down. New clips should also do the trick. That happened to me after i had the rear window Tinted.
