Supercomputer LED sill not working

Hello everyone,

The Supercomputer door siil on the driver's side of my car is not lighting up anymore. I'm guessing the LED burnt out due to that door being used more than the others. Anyone know if it's possible to change the LED strip or is there any other way to fix this? Couldn't find a thread regarding this issue but surely this has happened to someone.

Thanks!

A little over a year ago I noticed my passenger side rear door sill wasn't illuminating anymore. It was odd because my rear doors are rarely ever used and I barely had the supercomputer illuminated sills installed for around 6-9 months. I did troubleshoot it myself and narrowed it down to just a burnt out led strip (or whatever it's called).

I PM'ed SuperComputers about it and he sent me 1 new strip to replace it. It's been working fine ever since.

Yeah the problem is that the guy running Supercomputers is incognito. I tried PM and e-mail with no response. Do you know of any other place where I can get the LED strip? Can you tell me what the strip looks like?

It's not really a LED strip like you would imagine..

Here's a picture of the faulty one. The one he sent me as a replacement looked exactly like this one.

Yikes, well I guess I'm out of luck then because I can't find this guy anywhere.

Anyone else have any ideas on how I can fix the sill that I have?

My rear passenger went out as well. Any ideas? Anyone? Viet, can you pull apart the faulty one so we can see what it looks like on the inside?
