So i was cruising at 40mph and all of a sudden I heard this "Clunk" noise coming from the engine, my power steering went out immediately and there after my car shuts off. I was lucky to pull my car safely to the side. Popped my hood open and notice my idler pulley was missing and this is whats left of it

 

Has anyone experience this???? I don't understand why they didn't designed the pulley to be metal instead of Polymer.
