Am I crazy or should it be open more than this?




I swear it used to open more than that. It's hard to see in the pic, but it is open less than 1". I can barely get my middle finger in there sideways.

Call me crazy too but mine seems like it doesn't open all the way too. And I noticed this a couple days ago.

Edit: From the inside, there's a little tab that rides on a groove, and when I tilt the sunroof, it doesn't go all the way to the end of the groove... could this be why?

 

I called the dealer and the SA told me that's all it should open. I asked him if they had some specs, but he said specs like that wouldn't exist. Anybody know where one could find the actual specs on the opening?

 

Thats looks about right IMO...maybe all the dirt on the car is keeping it from opening more! lol, I'm from the NW too so I know how hard it is to keep salt off.

 

That gap looks about right for maximum tilt, so I vote "you're crazy."
My max sunroof tilt is about the same as in your pic.

Do you have really fat fingers?
