Stuck in Park

My mothers 06 TL is stuck in park and the stealership said it has something to do with the cruise control.. It's $400 give or take to fix.. Anyone else ever have this issue?

I accidentally left the radio fuse (#32) out before and had this same problem. I would start by checking the fuses first. Did this just happen? Any previous issues with the cruise control?
