Strange sound emitted from front rotors

hi, i recently changed my front rotors. i am using ebc rotors. however when i'm on the highway i hear a sound like something is rubbing against somethin else. I am not sure what it is. the sound doesn't sound like metal on metal. it just sounds like to materials rubbing against each other. what could be causing this sound? could it did the that caliper bolts are too tight?

Thanks

ahhhhhh I remember this sound with my old ebc slotted/drilled rotors. Its air escaping through the slots on the rotor. I still have the same sound with my wilwood bbk.

Annoying yes. But nothing to worry about
