Strange noise when shifting into 5th on the auto.

I have an 04 TL with 78k on it. When it changes into 5th gear sometimes it makes a noise like a fan is hitting something. Doesn't do it all the time just some of the time and usually when the speed is around 50 mph.

Any Ideas?

not sure what to tell you there is it a metal craping sound cause that almost sounds like bad tq converter.
