Help!

I feel like I have always heard this noise, maybe Im wrong but more recently it has become a lot worse and more noticeable, people stare at red lights and in parking lots..

Just took this video, you will be able to hear it a few seconds 7-10 seconds into the video, it happens when I back up or am idling for short period of time. Worse in mornings.

some kind of metal hitting another. heat shield, or something around the jpipe. my jpipe was making a similar noise before and it happened only during warmup. I gave it a few bangs with a hammer for being noisy and it stopped. true story.

 

someone mentioned it would be a heat shield. Im going to have to bring it to Acura it makes my car look cheaper then it is. -_-
