steering noises

Hello everyone,
I have a 2004 Acura TL 6M....i was in a car wreck back in november. I rear ended a girl. Everything was fixed. I have since noticed that I'm getting a steering noise whenever i make a u turn. Now i know the first thing yall are gonna say is that i'm cranking the wheel to hard. I am not. This is just a super easy u turn. THe noise only comes when i'm accelerating through the u turn or large circle. If i let off the gas the noise stops. Any suggestions???

I guess I'm wondering how serious this is.....

what type of noise- click click click? = cv joint-axle assembly

squeal? steering rack or pump damaged

front end damage would screw any and all of those up
If insurance covered it go back to the repair shop- they will handle the extra repairs and deal with insurer

Hey, i have the same noise and i have completely isolated its not power steering. Problem still being diagnosed by dealer...I posted a youtube vid of what it sounds like in the link below. P.S you can hear the sound with your speakers BLASTING at 20 secs...Let me know if its a similar sound.
