Startup up Choke?!

Hi all!! I have a 2006 Acura TL with 148k on it and Fully worked ON. I recently noticed a problem that happened a while back (i dont remember how it went away last time)

ONLY ON FIRST MORNING STARTS (After the car has been sitting for 6-8 hours outside). When i start the car it cranks fine and once it turns on the idle get Stuck at around 200-300 for about 1 second and the engine kind of chokes and then shoots up to normal idle rpm 700-750 fluctuating.

Over the past year i've done the following:
timing belt and water pump replaced
Spark Plugs
Valve Adjustment
Filter and Fluid Replacements (ALL except Fuel Filter)
Consistant Oil Changes using Mobil1 Extended Performance Synthetic
Cleaned Throttle Body
Replace APP Sensor
Replaced Both O2 sensors

I cant find the problem? Perhaps a Fuel injector leaking?
i Have a OBD2 Scanner and Torque the only odd thing i see is Bank 2 Fuel Trims are in the 3-6% sometimes while Bank 1 is in 1-3%

Just kidding. If its only for a second, I wouldn't even worry about it. Probably just the computer adjusting to cold start temp.
