04' TL speaker cutting in/out

Recently purchased an '04 TL non-navi. For some reason, every time I hit a small bump, or take a turn, there's a terrible noise of what sounds like a speaker crackling. Even when the radio is completely off. The radio cuts in and out so I leave it off. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it as it can be a tiny bump or a turn of the steering wheel. Initially I thought something was in the trunk rolling around, no. It sounds like you're plugging an aux cord in/out of an amp or speaker. It's very annoying and I hope it isn't a big issue as I just got this. Any help is appreciated.

also : it's about 50/50 whether or not my right turn signal works. One minute it's fine, the next, it clicks rapidly as if it is on its way out. Any help is appreciated.

Sound like an amp issue perhaps.

Also replace your turn signal bulb
