Starter Price

So my troubles with my 2005 TL continue. After the tranny death and a power window, and cracked dash, now the starter died. Currently at 68K and all this has happened in the past 2K miles. I think this will be my last Honda/Acura vehicle. Anyways, a local shop quoted $385 for an OEM part. Seeing remans and other brands at new for about half or less, is $385 even worth it? Consider the labor quoted was 170.

I'd go remanufactured from a well know supplier/company or have yours rebuilt. Beck/Arnley, ACDelco @ $130.
