SRS Light still on after replacing SRS module and airbag?

Hey guys long time, no post. Sorry about that, I'll get to the problem I'm having. My car was recently involved in a front end collision and the driver airbag deployed.

Well long story short, I fixed the car and replaced the driver airbag. I also sent the SRS module into a company to reset the code. They seemed pretty legit. I reinstalled everything and the car is running normal but the srs light is still on.

Was there something else that i forgot to replace? What is suppose to be replaced when the car is involved in an accident like this?

Thanks again guys!

Have you considered taking it to an Acura dealer instead?

Haven't taken it to the dealer just yet. Don't have one in the town I live...nearest is 3 hours away.
Anything else I forgot to replace? Like a belt charge or something?

it's your srs unit, Im pretty sure. There's simply no "reset" that works on these newer hondas/acuras. That procedure only worked for 6th gen accords and possibly 2nd gen TL's

after deployment of any airbags or seat belt tensioners, the srs unit MUST be replaced as stated by the service manual, plus any impact sensors that were affected.

Do we have belt tensioners charges? I didn't replace any belt charges or anything, just airbag and reset that module

Yes the front drivers and passenger seat belts have pretensioners. Whole seat belt must be replaced after deploying. I'm pretty sure the drivers one automatically deploys if the airbags go off, and the passenger one probably only if someone is sitting on the seat.
