I have a 2005 TL. So my SRS light has been coming on and off for the past week or so. I stopped in the dealer today and asked if they could see what was causing the problem. They ran a diagnostic check on it and I had a DTC code 41-11 No signal from front impact sensor. They told me they have to take the front bumper off to get to this sensor, after looking at the service manual I think I may have gotten ripped off. No where in the service manual does it say that the front bumper has to be removed to get to the sensor. Acura dealership charged me $332, $255 of it was labor. What should I do? Should I call corporate and complain about this?

 

Ouch, taking the front bumper off takes maybe 15 minutes too. I would definitely call and complain about that, or get a second opinion next time before you take it to the stealership.
