Spotty VSA / Hand Brake Light

Spotty VSA / Hand Brake Light
2004 TL and the VSA, exclamation point and hand brake light came on and off. They are now on all the time. It would happen at startup and then simply go away after driving for a while. Now it doesn't go away any more.

Right after warranty ends...

Thoughts?

Check out the owners manual, IIRC there are descriptions of what each warning light means.

make sure your brake lights are working, its probably a faulty brake switch...
