Hey everyone im new to this site I just bought an 04 tl just under 100k miles. My problem is you barely here anything coming from all speakers in the car. Sounds as if the volume is set at 5 and it lowers when I turn it down but dosent go any higher. It seems the previous owner had bass in the trunk I saw a power and ground wires but no rca cables nor speaker wire. Im going to tackle this on the weekend just want to know what I should look for when I start trouble shooting. Thanx in advance

 

pretty common for the OEM amp to fail in this way. Many threads on this topic. good opportunity to upgrade.

passenger footwell just forward of the door opening. search using google and add acurazine to the search. this site search is useless. also post in the audio section.
