Sounds from the abyss

Took a video of what I believe to be valve clatter, recent timing service done. I heard this before the TB service was done but its alot clearer now that I have a new tensioner. 192k miles 08 type S, I've owned the car for about 1k miles so far and I'm working towards getting it restored.

Any input would be great I'm planning on doing a valve adjustment in 1 week once my valve cover gaskets get here.

Got my gaskets and feeler gauges in the mail yesterday so I'm setup for adjustment on Sunday, I'm hoping it helps. I'm at a loss if it's not the cause. I'm also getting a loss of power on acceleration from 15mph+ it's like a flutter, as if a coil is going bad but not throwing a misfire code. I'm leaning towards fuel delivery or spark somewhere for that but I'm stumped at the moment

So your opinion is that the noise in my video is valves? Those were good videos and will definitely help me doing this.

Not sure if your issue are the valves. Just trying to help since you are doing the valves anyway.

I appreciate the help, sincerely thank you. I went under and drained my trans fluid and replaced 3 quarts of honda dw1 also changed out a pint of power steering fluid and drained out the gallon of prestone I put in when I did my timing belt and replaced it with honda type 2. While I was under the car I noticed my jpipe has. Large dent in it, almost 3 inch across and an inch deep. This needs r&r asap, would this dent possibly be making the engine act like its fluttering (almost like a misfire) at higher rpm due to obstructed exhaust flow and back pressure? On a different note, when I do my valve adjustment are there any recommended sensors or gaskets I should replace while I have the top end apart? Already have valve cover gaskets along with spark plug o rings. Will post pic of jpipe tomorrow after work.

Spark plugs all tight? Some more than others have a tendency to back out on their own melting things in the process.

Haven't checked yet, I just did my transmissio pressure switches today and had to hold off on my valve adjustment. I slept in and my wife took it for a drive so it wasnt the "stone cold" needed for an adjustment. Probably going to be 2 weeks out before that now which sucks because loud. After your comment I'm going to check and properly torque all the plugs tomorrow.
