I have a 04 TL that vibrate at 30-40 mph. Anyone know what is wrong?

Also at 50-60 MPH on the highway when i step on the accelerator the RPM hesitate back and forth and makes a cracking noise like a heat shield loose under the muffle or something, but i checked and the shield is tight.

Please anyone knows or have similar problems helps....

 

Check APP Sensor... search forums for alike symptoms

Also make sure that your transmission fluid is ok.

 

vibrates--does the steering wheel shake or the floor or what?
does it change under braking or acceleration
could be an axle bearing/cv joint, that will shake it at those speeds and on the gas

need more details, miles on car, recent work, brake work?

 

The steering wheel doesn't shake nor the floor. The car just vibrate on at that speed so i just don't know how to start. Thee cars has 124K miles. I know the car needs a new rotors and pads because it shake when i brake.

 

get the motor mounts checkd

 

Wheels out of balance?
