Replaced, oil pump and timing belt. But now I smell radiator. Is that a norm?

 

if you replaced the waterpump (which you should have) there may be residual coolant that spilled during the job and is simply burning off. unless... it's an actual leak. only way to find out is to pop the hood and inspect.
