Sidemarker light flicker

I have 04 TL and I have noticed that the Driver's side side marker light (one closest to the drivers door) flickers as if it is one of those flashing bulbs. Has anyone else had this issue? How do you get to the bulb to replace check it?

Thanks for the reply .......that tells me how to get to the light, but I actually don't want it to blink. It is blinking randomly.........not sure if is the bulb, wiring, etc.

I took the light out last night. Pretty easy to get to, just had to remove the 4 screws at the bottom of the fenderliner and remove one plastic clip. That was a enough room to reach in there and release the clips and pull the light out. Unfortunately, the unit looks like a sealed unit and it looks like you can not replace the bulb without dremeling into it or taking extreme measures. I ended up ordering one online for like $50. Probably my most expensive side marker bulb replacement purchase to date.
