Side view mirrors -- ??

Ok, so I've been searching around, and trying to figure this out.
The problem is I can't adjust my mirrors, when the left or right mirror is selected, neither will tilt down when the car is in reverse, and the heat function isn't working either.
The weird thing is that if I adjust the memory 1 or 2 -- or with the mem. 1 and mem. 2 keys, the mirrors will move how they were initially set.

Everything was fine, until the Acura dealer (closest to me) replaced both the mirrors (the glass) because they had scorch marks -- they were like that when I purchased the car as a CPO. Ever since then, this has been the issue. Now with the crappy winter weather, I'd like to have the heated mirror functionality, and miss the passenger side view mirror tilting when I'd parallel park. I haven't really been able to check the fuses -- although everything else is working fine i.e. wipers and their respective functions, or the chance to remove the kick panel/ lower portion of the dash to make sure all the harness is plugged in (maybe the tech forgot?), because it's been freezing out here.

Any ideas before I just start taking it apart?
Is there any easier way to essentially pop the plastic 'empty' switch to the right out to try and see/ plug in the harness that may not be plugged in?

Thanks in advance.

Certainly not a mirror expert, but I'd take it back to the dealer and let them correct the problems.

Unless someone comes up with a possible solution, you may spend more time trying to correct the problem, but hopefully someone might afford some guidance.

yes i got it "fixed." the weather was finally hospitable, it took all of 6 seconds; i remove the lower portion of the 'kick panel,' it seemed as though the tech who worked on my car at acura didn't plug the harness back into the switch..
thanks acura tech!
