Side view mirror problem?

Side view mirror problem?
My side view mirrors make a ticking sound when being adjusted. Should I start looking for a new pair or is this normal?

If I need a new pair, are the one's below the correct part to purchase:

Common problem. If you're still under warranty, it should be covered. If not, here are some replacement instructions:

They replaced both of my motors for the mirrors last year in my '07. The warranty covered it.
