Side view mirror

my side view mirror is kinda loose and it makes a whistle noise when im driving. how can that problem be fix? thanks a bunch

if you take off the door panel, you'll be able to see the three 8mm nuts that hold the mirror on. I'd check those first, I've had mine be loose in the past.
