Question Shudders around 25-35mph

I have a 2004 TL. I bought it used in 08 with 73k's.Problem didn't start until a month later. It started to shudder around 25-35mphs.I took to back to car lot and they said it must be tires... so I went and bought Yoko's..still shudder...I took it to amcco..they did a transmission flush... still shudders..So, I have been taking it to dealership for the past 2 years and they can't seem to repeat my problem until this past week. The tech finally got it to repeat,so I thought...They end up replacing the intermidate shaft. I drove out of there with a grin on my face! until a couple of days later. It started again... any feedback on this?

sounds like your tranny (If you have an automatic tranny). I had the same problem with the shuddering while shifting from 3rd to 4th, i'd have to let go of the gas to allow it to shift.
After some research i ended up doing a 3x3 tranny flush with redline racing atf (type f) and it fixed the shuddering completely. Havent had a problem since

I had the problem and it destroyed my tranny. Get the engine mounts checked, mine shook some wires loose and the tranny slowly went out. I mean slowly like a year. If you don't soon you will start getting the VSA light coming on and the accelerator cuts off while you are driving to protect the the tranny, I got it checked to late. I ignored it and payed the price, but I got a new honda tranny and it has some new updates and runs more smooth.

Please do a 3x3 drain and fill with a better fluid than Honda Z1.
Red line racing atf or redline D4 atf.
also, change out the 3rd and 4th pressure switches.

these two threads explain it in great detail.

It just means you do 3 drain and refills with 3 quarts each time.
