I just got my TL a few weeks ago [replaced a G35] and I noticed yesterday that at low rpms (always under 2k) the vehicle tends to vibrate noticeably for maybe .5-1second. I really have no clue as to what this could be. It appears to only happen at the lowest points of 3rd and 4th gear..


Only side-note I can think to include is that the rear main seal has a very tiny leak. A specialty shop originally told me it was an oil pan leak but I've since discovered it was actually the rear main seal. I've taken it to two Acura / Honda dealerships and they both confirmed this issue. I was last told this at my most recent oil change by a Honda tech: "The leak is very minimal and has not even formed into a drip yet. The repair is kind of labor-intensive and expensive so I would personally wait until sometime down the road.." - Hopefully this issue has nothing to do with the RMS?
