Should I be worried about this? Oil Leak? *PiC*

Changed my oil today and noticed some oil residue on the engine. It's a 08 TL-S with 45k miles. Is this an oil leak?

That just looks like normal engine grease/dirtiness.

is anything leaking on the ground?

No, no leaks to the ground. I thought maybe it's seeping through and bad gasket?

again, it looks like normal dirt/greasiness that comes with a car.

at 45k your car is a baby there shouldnt be any leaks.... if you have never washed your engine bay, crud may accumulate.

^I agree...I don't see how oil could leak upwards and in that area really. Can you smell it, to see if it smells like oil?

Oil will creep uphill. Given time, creeping oil will easily produce this slight oil dampness.
