Shaky shifting

IM getting resistance and weird noises when i shift (kinda like someone is shaking a box of rocks when i shift from 1st to 2nd). any suggestions ? ive got 64000 miles on my 04 TL

It grinds and then drops in?

aren't you susposed to get a transmission fluid change at 60k? if so, then you are due for one.
