Shaky acceration, fixed from restart?

Ok so today driving on the highway the car was shaking and vibrating violently the more I accelerated.

The car only did this when accelerating past 40mph, the whole car would shake and the steering wheel.

I knew right off the bat that it could be motor mounts or bad axles or joints.

Odd thing is, I pulled out from the highway, parked the car and turned it off, waited 10min and turned it back on. I headed home taking the highway again and the vibrations were gone...car went back to normal just from restarting.

I recently learned that I have bad outer-tie rods that need to be replaced (possible cause?)

Another point is that I had a family member take my car and fill up gas for me...but ended up putting in 89 shell, im not sure if this may have something to do with it considering this happened the first drive after filling up.

One thing I don't understand is why did the problem go away from a simple restart?

Could it be the engine not adjusted to 89 octane gas and restarting reset some electrical components in order to accustom itself to the lower octane?

I would like to hear some thoughts

Thanks!
