Open up your owner's manual, it's in there (i.e. what "A" means).

Actually it only says Service A and nothing else? And when u let go of the steering wheel should it turn by it's self, or when ur coming to a stop, should the steering wheel tug to right. The steering wheel seems to be tugging bye it's self alot. Cuz thier were a couple of speed bumps i went fast over on accident? This is an 08 Auto TL/NAV. Should i tell them to inspect the suspension, or rotate wheels, or something. Btw most of my miles 4,000- is city driving? Plz help much thanks.

you will have to pay for the alignment. Get the tires rotated, then do the alignment.

Maybe it's doing that because you forgot to mention as you wrote in other threads that you drive on 50 psi. That might have something to do with it????? Ya gotta think a little. If you run the car with that much pressure, the car is gonna absorb the impact. I also think that when the dealer inspects your tires and sees the amount of wear on them, there gonna know you have been doing burnouts on all 4000 miles as you state on here about every other week.

Good luck.
