well, first off my drive belt is half way on my tensioner pulley.. I release tension to put the belt back in place but as soon as I start it up, the belt goes back into this position. Second, I have got a new tensioner / idler pulley assembly, I'm having trouble getting the 14mm bolt loose from the idler pulley, it seems to be stripping. any advice would be greatly appreciated. lsm2ig.png[/url]

 

I believe the tensioner pulley has reversed threads, so install the new unit and see if it lines up.
If it doesn't, take a straight edge and see which pulley/accessory is out of alignment.
