Serpentine Belt of DEATH!

What's up everyone! I'm trying to figure out this issue I'm having on my 08 TL 3.2, I'd post videos but I'm a newbie and don't know how.

I just replaced the timing belt and ran it without the accessory belt to verify proper running
before I put it back together and it ran fine, no codes or misfire. When I put the accessory belt
back on it runs very rough and ended up throwing a PO389. Now the car is back together, I can go back and
forth removing the belt and the symptoms are the same. All pulleys spin fine and I have verified proper belt
routing time and time again.

Any help I can get with this would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe revisit and recheck timing and connection to the crank sensor if it was unplugged?

It's possible but could that explain the symptom of the running rough/running good with the belt going on and off?
