2 days ago I found a piece of felt sticking out the driver side window close to the driver side mirrior. It was a white perforated piece of cloth that I thought was paper towel that just got stuck there. Upon closer inspection, this piece of cloth seems to be a part of the window assembly. I have no idea what this piece is, but my window now screeches when it opens and closes. Is there a DIY fix for this?

 

Brought it into the dealership. They said they fixed it. I saw silicone residue along the interior trim so I am sure they just sprayed lubricant. I'm sure this will come back. Does anyone know what piece of the window this is? Took a picture to document before I took it to the dealership...
