The back of my car is driving me crazy. I get excess rust dust on all components of this wheel. Lugs are changing soon. But it's all over my wheel. Rotor caliper and pads are brand new. The rotor shield plate is a little rusty. Should I paint this? Is that the issue? I will be refinishing my wheels soon too. But not before I resolve this problem.
