RPMs Jump, what could it be?

So, my 07 Accord V6 has been doing this issue for a while. After it shifts from 1-2 (automatic transmission) and sometimes 2-3 , if I ever so slightly tap the gas pedal, the RPMs jump slightly. I am positive it is not the transmission. I literally just got my car back yesterday from having the transmission rebuilt and it did this issue before the rebuild. I have changed 3rd and 4th pressure switches but it still does the issue. It use to be intermediate or with the A/C on. Now it does it often while accelerating lightly only. Could it possibly be APPS (accelerator pedal position sensor)? I have no check engine lights on either. This issue is annoying me and please any input or suggestions of what it could be. I will try to get a video of it. If it helps, I had a system code thing saying left rear and right rear speed sensor installation error. that is the only thing in the system. And my transmission never slipped. I had it rebuilt due to a shudder shift issue from 1-2.

Here is a video of what it is doing.

RPM jump = transmission flaring.

I literally picked it up yesterday from getting rebuilt. So I am rulling transmission out. However, I truly think it is a sensor of some sort. The sensor, I have no clew which. The jump occurs once in 2nd gear. It shifts properly into gear then if I give slightly more of a push with the gas pedal it jumps slightly.

"... if I ever so slightly tap the gas pedal, the RPMs jump slightly..." sounds like the torque converter unlocking, though it does not lock in second. Can you specify when this occurs during your video?

Here it is with annotations.
3 times I caught the issue in the video are: inbetween 22-30 seconds, inbetween 1:30-1:40, and another inbetween 2:22-2:28.

Yes. All clutches replaced, new torque convertor, fixed the cases, and valve body updates which leads me to believe it is a simple sensor now or possible a tcm update. The sensor, I don't know. I am thinking a torque convertor lockup solenoid but there are so many sensors on this transmission. So annoyed. I just want my car like day 1.

That is weird, I would take it back to the shop that rebuilt the tranny and have them diagnose it. Hopefully they won't give you the runaround

Update!!! I figured the problem. It was the A/B solenoid (linear solenoid). I bought the tool to adjust it, I was able to bring the pressure up which resulted in less of the rpm jumping, now when the a/c or fan kicks in, the car does not shutter, and also it has crispen the shifts. I plan to replace it with either one from a low mileaged TL or Accord so it can be pretty much stock adjust.
