RPM drop issues

I've been having some issues with the RPM dropping when either making sharp turns or using the power windows.

Already replaced the battery because it was old, but the power drop still persists.

I recorded a video to show exactly what happens:

Power steering utilizes a mechanical pump that when called upon pulls power from the engine as indicated by the drop in rpm, then corrected by the ecu. Any unit that "pulls" power from the engine when activated, e.g. ps, a/c, or even heavy electrical draw, load on alt, can cause the engine RPM to drop slightly when activated.

I believe most cars do that and it is normal. I think it is a little more noticeable in a car with drive by wire rather than cars that had a mechanical idle air control valve.

Thanks for the input. I guess I was getting concerned about nothing in this case.

Every car I ever drove did this, except the Model S.
